Subject: European Championships Single and National Teams junior (under18)

Dear Mr. President,

Dear Executives,

after some difficulties due to the general economic situation in Europe, thanks to the collaboration with the Swiss Federation and the Club Pro Ticino Zurich with its president Mrs. Carla Ferrari, I have the pleasure to invite you to take part to the

European Championships Single and National Teams Junior (under 18)

to be held in Switzerland from the 10^th  to the 14^th of September 2014, at the Bocciodromo Letzi in Zurich, Badenerstrasse 526, CH-8048 Zurich. National delegations will arrive in Zurich on September 10^th  before 14 o'clock and leave on September 14^th, 2014 in the morning.

Each national delegation will be composed of a maximum of 5 persons (1 Head of Delegation, 1 Coach, 3 athletes). The team can also participate with only 2 athletes.

The room and board for the national delegation, from lunch on the day 10.09.2014 to breakfast of 14.09.2014, will be fully borne by the Organizing Committee.

Travel expenses shall be borne by the participating Federations. Room and board for arrivals or departures before 10.09.2014 and after 14.09.2014 or any accompanying supplementary will be borne by the associations concerned.

For both delegations, hospitality is provided in Hotel 3-4 stars, near the Bocciodromo, with full board in double or triple room.

For parents or supporters of the delegation accompanying, the fare a day for room with breakfast is € 135.00 in a double and € 116.00 in single, supplement for dinner gala or other treatments to be agreed on site.

Zurich can be reached: by plane to the airport Zurich-Kloten, by car, by train Zurich main station. A bus of the Organization will wait for national delegations at the airport or the railway station to take them to the Bocciodromo Letzi in Zurich.
